Why don’t I get Emails?

Our site sends out emails when you make purchases, change passwords, order status changes,etc. Sometimes these will be sent to your “Spam” or “Junk” folders in your email. Please check all of your folders and be sure to mark them as “not spam” .

Do you take mail orders?

Yes we do!! Just send us a message on our Contact Page with the items and quantities you’d like to purchase and we will contact you via email. We accept Money orders and personal checks. Checks must clear before items are shipped.

Will my item look like the product pictured?

All of our products are high quality, hand made items and will be very close in appearance to the product images. There will be different variances due to being hand made. This gives each piece it’s own unique look and is what makes our products awesome!!

Do you take Custom Orders?

We do not take custom orders on our website. Our Custom Shop is where you will find all of our custom made items. These are very unique “One Off” items that we only make ONE time!!

When can I expect my delivery?

We process orders within 1 to 2 business days and Ship with 2 to 3 day USPS Priority Mail Flat Rate. Read our full Shipping Policy.

Do you hand make everything on your website?

Yes we do!! All of our iron products are made in a coal fired forge and hammer formed to shape on an anvil!!
