Our Standard Knife Making Tongs are forged from 4140. Similar to our Ultimate Knife Making Tongs but a more affordable version.

These hold our 3/16″ thick by 1″ wide Knife Making Steel extremely well.

All of our 4140 tongs should NOT be quenched to cool them off. Let them slowly air cool.
