The term “Haversac” came from early French. Meaning a bag carried over the shoulder with a single strap for carrying rations.

This oilskin or sometimes called “oilcloth” Haversack is made from Osnaburg and measures 12inches by 12 inches with a generous flap closure. A small Horn button keeps the flap Secured. Inside is lined with heavy pillow ticking along with the strap being reinforced with ticking also.

Heavily aged with nature dyes and well oiled with linseed oil. This Oilskin Haversack is great for keeping your things dry.

Perfect for carrying food, tinder, clothing, etc.
